sandstorm gold ltd. is in the gold streaming business. we provide financing to gold mining companies that are looking to advance a project into production and in return, we receive a gold streaming agreement. this agreement gives us the right to purchase a percentage of the gold produced at the mine at a fixed price, for the life of the asset. sandstorm does not own and operate any gold mining projects, but is building a low cost production profile through the acquisition of gold streams.
