In Paris, the Low Carbon Building Initiative (LCBI), founded in 2022 by prominent European real estate firms and BBCA, introduced two new global labels at SIBCA, a low-carbon real estate expo held in Paris from September 3rd to 5th. One of the initiatives unveiled was 'The Stack,' a timber hybrid office property spanning around 17,100 square meters set to be built in Munich by AXA IM Alts.
