Houston-based SANDRIDGE MISSISSIPPIAN TRUST I (OTC: SDTTU) revealed today that on September 11, 2025, the court ruled in favor of the Trust in the Duane & Virginia Lanier Trust v. SandRidge Mississippian Trust I case (referred to as the “Securities Litigation”). The plaintiff has until October 14, 2025 to appeal the court’s decision. If no appeal or post-judgment motion is filed by then, the litigation against the Trust will be considered closed.
