In a recent study conducted by AMS and Wakefield Research, surveying 300 CHROs, C-suite leaders, and HR decision-makers, it was revealed that the workplace is facing a critical juncture. Business leaders overwhelmingly recognize the importance of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in maintaining competitiveness in talent acquisition. However, nearly 50% acknowledge a lack of alignment between their HR teams and C-suite on the practical implementation of AI within their organizations. This highlights a significant challenge as companies strive to leverage AI effectively amidst increasing competition for talent.
