Casella Waste Systems, Inc. has disclosed the pricing of an offering regarding Vermont Economic Development Authority Solid Waste Disposal Revenue Bonds. The offering amounts to $25.0 million aggregate principal amount for the issuance of Bonds, which will be under an indenture between the Issuer and the bond trustee. These Bonds are part of the drawdown, with a deadline of June 1, 2025, and represent the remainder of the Vermont Economic Development Authority Solid Waste Disposal Revenue Bonds initial loaned amount of $35.0 million back in June 2022.
