In Houston, Oil States International, Inc. (NYSE: OIS) revealed that Cindy Taylor, the current President and CEO, will retire. The company's Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer, Lloyd Hajdik, is set to take over as the new President and CEO from May 1, 2026. Additionally, upon his appointment as President and CEO, Mr. Hajdik will also become a member of the Board of Directors.
