Piedmont Realty Trust, Inc. ("Piedmont” or “the Company") (NYSE:PDM), which primarily owns Class A office properties in the Sunbelt region, revealed its participation in the Bank of America Securities 2025 Global Real Estate Conference in New York. The company has successfully leased more than 500,000 square feet in the third quarter, with 400,000 square feet going to new tenants. Of these new leases, 85% pertain to previously unoccupied spaces, bringing the total leasing volume for the year to over 1.5 million square feet. Notably, around 178,000 square feet of these new leases are from the Company’s out-of-service portfolio, which has now reached a leasing rate of over 50%.
