On July 6, 2026, AXA XL announced the appointment of Matt Rodliff as the new Chief Claims Officer for the Americas, starting from July 13. Rodliff will be taking over from Jim DiVirgilio, who is retiring at the end of July. DiVirgilio will provide advisory support after his retirement.
