Stockholm - Nordic Communications Group AB, the parent company of Telness Tech, announced today the sale of its subsidiary mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) Telness to Telia, a Swedish company. As part of the deal, Telness will continue to utilize Seamless OS technology through a long-term agreement with Telness Tech, ensuring a seamless digital customer experience. Following the completion of the transaction, Telia will become the first mobile network operator (MNO) to deploy Seamless OS. "Incorporating Seamless OS into MNO environments like Telia is a significant milestone for us. Our platform was initially developed and validated internally at Telness, making it one of the leading digital operators in Europe. Following Telia's acquisition of Telness, this technology will continue to serve end customers. Telness will not only maintain its excellent digital experience but also benefit from Telia's valuable expansion and marketing capabilities," noted Martina Klingvall, the founder and CEO of Telness Tech and Nordic Communications Group. Telness has functioned as an MVNO until now.
