An event called Fixed Summit, tailored for multifamily maintenance and facilities professionals, has revealed enhanced programming for its 2026 edition. Set to take place from April 27 to April 29 at the Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort near Austin, the event will include OSHA-certified safety training, live equipment demonstrations, peer-led breakout sessions, and the comeback of the FXD Built Different challenge. The event aims to cater to technicians, supervisors, directors, and operations leaders involved in maintaining properties.
