Nouveau Monde Graphite Inc. (NMG) has revealed the pricing details of their recent public equity offering. The offering consists of 8,333,334 common shares priced at US$2.40 per share, resulting in gross proceeds of US$20 million. Maxim Group LLC is the sole placement agent for the offering. The net proceeds from the offering, after deducting expenses, will be utilized by NMG for acquiring long-lead equipment and beginning specific construction activities.
