In a recent development, portfolio company Schneider Geospatial, LLC, under Align Capital Partners ("ACP"), has successfully acquired New England GeoSystems ("NEGEO"), a geospatial software and services provider situated in Connecticut. NEGEO caters to municipalities across the Northeast region. Through this acquisition, NEGEO’s MapExpress solution will be merged with Schneider Geospatial’s widely-used Beacon platform. The Beacon platform is currently utilized by over 1,000 local government jurisdictions. This move is expected to enhance Schneider Geospatial's offerings and strengthen its presence in the geospatial software market.
