A recent agreement, in the form of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), has been inked with Sixth Element Material Technology to facilitate the distribution of PureGRAPH® CEM throughout China. The potential distribution agreement not only opens doors for a future joint venture but also lays the foundation for establishing a local manufacturing facility in China. This proposed deal is crucial in solidifying the presence of PureGRAPH® CEM in the Chinese market, with the aim of creating a strong foothold for a future firm FGR.
