Colwell is set to take on the roles of president and chief operating officer starting from October 1, 2026. Subsequently, Colwell will assume the positions of president, chief executive officer, and director from January 2, 2027. This transition is part of a board-approved succession plan. The current president, Jeffrey L. Powell, will retain his position until September 30, 2026, and will continue as CEO until January 2, 2027, after which he will assume the role of executive chairman of the board. Concurrently, Jonathan W. Painter, the existing chairman of the board, will step down as a director and chairman effective January 2, 2027.
