Brookfield Corporation (“Brookfield”) announced today that out of the Cumulative Class A Preference Shares, Series 24 (TSX: BN.PR.R) eligible for conversion into Cumulative Class A Preference Shares, Series 25, only 1,400 shares were tendered by the deadline, falling short of the required one million shares for the conversion to proceed. As a result, there will be no conversion of Series 24 Shares into Series 25 Shares, and holders of Series 24 Shares will maintain their current holdings.
