Following the decision made at the General Meeting of AS Ekspress Grupp on June 1, 2026, to cease trading Ekspress Grupp shares on the Baltic main list of Nasdaq Tallinn Stock Exchange, the Management Board has chosen to discontinue the disclosure of information regarding the Group’s digital subscriptions.
