This grant is made possible through the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas (FHLB Dallas) in partnership with Bonvenu Bank. The aim is to help Phillip's Cottage expand its services. In 2026, FHLB Dallas and its members distributed $1.8 million in PGP funds throughout their five-state district spanning Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, and Texas. The grant will specifically contribute towards enhancing the life skills program at Phillip's Cottage.
