Houston-based company Flowco Holdings Inc. disclosed the completion of an underwritten public offering by affiliates of GEC Advisors LLC. The offering involved a total of 7,800,000 shares of Flowco's Class A common stock, with a public offer price set at $22.00 per share. In addition, the Selling Stockholders provided underwriters with a 30-day option to acquire up to 1,170,000 more shares at the same public offering price. The shares were made available for trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol FLOC.
