Sandberg Development Inc., a Swedish investment company, is set to construct a new U.S. headquarters in Innovation Park, Manassas, Virginia. The new facility will span 87,565 square feet initially, with an upcoming expansion of an additional 48,330 square feet. Positioned at a prime location within the park, specifically at 9349 Hornbaker Road, the modern architectural building will be situated opposite the FBI’s Northern Virginia Resident Agency. The development of the corporate headquarters and advanced manufacturing facility will be carried out in two phases over the course of the next four years.
