Dallas-based Capital Southwest Corporation (NASDAQ: CSWC) has successfully priced an underwritten public offering of $350.0 million in aggregate principal amount of 6.750% notes due 2031. These notes, bearing interest at a rate of 6.750% per year and payable semi-annually, will mature on September 15, 2031. The company has the option to redeem the Notes in whole or in part at any time before August 15, 2031, at par plus a “make-whole” premium, and thereafter at par. Priced at 98.985% of the aggregate principal amount, the offering will result in a yield-to-maturity of 6.994%. The closing of this offering is anticipated on September 15, 2026, pending customary closing conditions.
