This acquisition will result in the launch of Olo Loyalty, aiming to help restaurant brands improve guest engagement and boost profits. Olo, known for its ordering, payment, unified guest data, and marketing solutions, will now also offer loyalty services. It is worth noting that around 65% of the locations currently utilizing Olo's services are expected to benefit from this loyalty enhancement.
