Rubrik Inc (NYSE: RBRK) announced its second-quarter financial results on Tuesday, surpassing expectations. The company reported revenue of $309.86 million in Q2, marking a 51% increase from the previous year and exceeding the $282.22 million consensus estimate from Benzinga Pro. Subscription revenue reached $297 million, up 55% year-over-year. Rubrik also disclosed that its second-quarter subscription Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) saw a 36% increase year-over-year, reaching $1.25 billion. At the end of the quarter, the company had 2,505 customers with over $100,000 in subscription ARR, a 27% growth from the previous year.
