A recent major restoration project by PSE&G, one of the largest in their history, saw the collaborative efforts of thousands of employees, contractors, and mutual aid partners aimed at safely restoring services after extreme weather conditions. The project took place in Newark, New Jersey, in July 2026. The restoration effort included a substantial number of individuals and partners coming together to address the challenges posed by the weather event.
