Glenfarne Group, LLC revealed that its subsidiary, Glenfarne Global Commodities, LLC, has signed a Heads of Agreement with BGN, a global energy and commodities trading group. The deal involves a long-term supply of 1 million tonnes per annum of liquefied natural gas (LNG). The agreement sets the stage for negotiating a 20-year LNG Sale and Purchase Agreement.
