In Wyomissing, Pennsylvania and Aurora, Illinois, PENN Entertainment, Inc. (Nasdaq: PENN) is marking the grand opening of Hollywood Casino and Hotel Aurora. This $360 million state-of-the-art casino and hotel is replacing a riverboat property along the Illinois shores of the Fox River that had been in operation since 1993. PENN will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony with Illinois Gaming Board representatives later today to commemorate the event.
