The offering involved 8,571,428 units sold at $1.75 each, with each unit containing one common stock share and a corresponding warrant to acquire another share at $2.40 per share. The warrants can be exercised right away and will be valid for seven years. Both the common stock shares and warrants within the units are distinctly separable and have been distributed separately.
