A subsidiary of the Liven AS group, Liven R101 GmbH, has recently finalized a transaction to purchase a property in the Westend area of Berlin, Germany. The property, located at Reichstraße 101 in the Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf district, will now be under the ownership of the subsidiary.
