(“DBMG”), an INNOVATE subsidiary offering integrated steel construction services, will issue a cash dividend of around $12 million, equating to $3.12 per share, payable on August 3, 2026. The dividend will be distributed to DBMG stockholders of record as of July 20, 2026. INNOVATE, DBMG’s primary stockholder, anticipates receiving about $11 million from the total payout, with individual INNOVATE stockholders not qualifying for the dividend.
