A tech company called Federato has introduced its AI-native insurance platform to the APAC and Japan markets. The platform, which has shown success with top Fortune 100 insurance companies in the U.S., will primarily target carriers and managing general agents (MGAs) dealing with commercial lines in Australia and New Zealand. The company intends to expand its reach to Singapore, Japan, and Korea as well. Roland Slee, a former Guidewire executive, has been appointed to lead Federato in this venture.
