Stockholm - Telness Tech's parent company, Nordic Communications Group AB, today announced the sale of its subsidiary, the Virtual Mobile Network Operator (MVNO) Telness, to the Swedish telecommunications company Telia. As part of the deal, Telness will sign a long-term agreement with Telness Tech to continue using the Seamless OS technology platform, ensuring a smooth digital customer experience. Following the completion of the transaction, Telia will become the first mobile network operator (MNO) to deploy Seamless OS. "For us, the entry of Seamless OS into an MNO environment like Telia is a significant milestone. Our platform was initially developed and validated internally at Telness, making it one of the most advanced digital providers in Europe.
