The IPO encompasses a total of 57,971,015 ordinary shares, with 34,398,640 shares being offered by Bending Spoons and 23,572,375 shares by specific selling shareholders. It is noteworthy that Bending Spoons will not benefit from any proceeds generated from the sale of shares by the Selling Shareholders.
