In New York, VICI Properties Inc. (NYSE: VICI) has successfully obtained all necessary gaming regulatory and shareholder approvals for its acquisition of the Golden Portfolio from Golden Entertainment, Inc. (NASDAQ: GDEN). The acquisition, valued at $1.16 billion, includes 100% ownership of the land, real property, and improvements of seven casino properties. VICI Properties anticipates closing the transaction by April 30, 2026.
