A recent study conducted by FERF and CrossCountry Consulting revealed that 77% of finance leaders are actively engaged in enterprise strategy. Despite this high level of involvement, they continue to face challenges related to operational demands and gaps in AI governance. This study was conducted in Morristown, New Jersey, and sheds light on the ongoing struggles of finance professionals in balancing strategic responsibilities and operational needs.
