In Collegeville, Pennsylvania, Thubrikar Aortic Valve, Inc. has recently partnered with MAC’s MEDICAL Group, a renowned distributor of cardiovascular devices in Europe led by CEO Ante Cicin-Sain. Under the exclusive distribution rights agreement for Europe, MAC’s MEDICAL Group and affiliates will jointly finance up to 50 implants for the Optimum TAVI System™ to facilitate its CE Mark approval. Additionally, they have the opportunity to invest an extra $2 million in the project.
