In Cleveland, The NRP Group has recently finalized the financing and begun construction on a 70-unit affordable housing development in Glenville. This project is being built adjacent to The Davis, a fully occupied 52-unit affordable community launched in 2022 in collaboration with University Hospitals and Cleveland Clinic. Named Churchill Gateway II, the new complex will feature one- and two-bedroom units.
