According to a recent study based on government and industry data, it is projected that electricity demand from data centers in the United States may surge significantly in the coming years. The analysis suggests that the current demand of 167 terawatt-hours (TWh) in 2023 could nearly double to around 376 TWh by 2030. This increase in demand is anticipated to occur due to constraints on the power grid.
