In Hamburg, Germany, Cornelis and NextSilicon have shared plans to collaborate on creating and testing mutual reference architectures for AI and high-performance computing at ISC High Performance 2026. Their effort involves combining the Cornelis CN5000 fabric with the NextSilicon Maverick-2 compute platform. Currently, joint evaluation is in progress, aiming at potential commercialization through shared OEM partners. The partnership will commence with the utilization of the 400 Gbps CN5000 fabric, introduced in 2025, in conjunction with the Maverick-2 platform.
