Miami-based company Element Solutions Inc (NYSE:ESI) revealed that Sir Martin E. Franklin, the current Executive Chairman, is set to step down from the Board without seeking re-election at the 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. In his place, Ian G.H. Ashken, a founding Board member and Chair of the Nominating and Policies Committee since 2013, will take over as Non-Execu.
