The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway (Finanstilsynet) gave the green light on 6 February 2026 to the base prospectus and its appendices created by Lerøy Seafood Group ASA for the purpose of listing the company's senior unsecured green bond on Euronext Oslo Børs. The bond is valued at NOK 500 million.
