The Civinity Group has announced that the Competition Council of Lithuania has approved the indirect acquisition of 100% of the ordinary registered shares of Admeo, a building administration company, by AB Civinity, owned by Deividas Jacka, and Sail Invest, owned by Domas Dargis. This approval grants permission for the jointly controlled company SPV 31 to acquire the shares and for both parties to have joint control over Admeo.
