Recently, Modus, an AI-native audit technology platform and holding company based in New York, revealed that it secured a total of $85 million in funding from Seed and Series A rounds. Leading this funding round was Lightspeed Venture Partners, alongside contributions from Comma Capital and Garry Tan. The primary goal of this capital injection is to expedite the technological advancements at Modus and bolster their initiative of backing and collaborating with burgeoning audit-oriented accounting companies. The investment will enable Modus to further empower AI-centric accounting firms.
