ESTES PARK, Colo.--Casago, a leading vacation rental management company using a franchise-first approach, is growing its presence in Colorado through its Estes Park franchise. The local branch, owned and operated by Adam and Marylee Postovit, was acquired in October 2025 as part of Casago's strategy to shift markets previously managed by Vacasa to local ownership. The Postovits assumed control of daily operations in February 2026. Since then, they have been overseeing the expansion.
