G-III Apparel Group (NASDAQ: GIII) exceeded expectations in the second quarter with adjusted earnings per share of 25 cents, surpassing the estimated 9 cents. Despite reporting quarterly sales of $613.266 million, which beat projections of $571.312 million, there was a 5% year-over-year decrease. However, the company reduced its fiscal 2026 outlook, adjusting the EPS forecast to $2.55–$2.75 from $4.15–$4.25, falling below the estimated $2.90. Similarly, the sales forecast was lowered to $3.02 billion from $3.14 billion. The revised sales guidance is slightly under the $3.131 billion consensus.
