Regina, Saskatchewan - July 06, 2026 - Information Services Corporation (TSX:ISC) disclosed today the successful finalization of the acquisition of ISC by Plenary Americas LP's wholly-owned subsidiary through a statutory plan of arrangement under The Business Corporations Act, 2021 (Saskatchewan). As part of the Transaction, holders of ISC's Class A Limited Voting Shares are set to receive CAD$51.00 in cash per Share, with exceptions for select members of ISC's senior management who have opted for equity rollover agreements to maintain a stake in ISC concerning their Shares. This acquisition places ISC at an estimated enterprise value of $1.2 billion.
